The Scottish Parliament at Holyrood has won nine major architectural national and international awards.
On the one side the Scottish Parliament is a statement of "sparkling excellence in architecture", as said at the RIBA Stirling Prize, on the other side a complete failure when comparing expected and final time and budget.
